Pause for Thought

We would love you to join us on a treasure hunting adventure - an adventure of noticing and being thankful for the little things right around us.

We will look at the idea of taking time to be still and to listen and practise using all of our senses.

We will talk about exercise, creativity, making things, art, music as well as taking time to notice nature and becoming more familiar with the world around us.

We will also explore the idea that there is treasure in each of us and how we can start to notice that in others.

All of these healthy little habits are connected to happiness and well-being and can be developed and practised each day.
