St. Michael's competed in the Carlisle Rural South Schools Football tournament and were the overall winners!  Throughout the competition they didn't concede a single goal, they won every game, and played their way to a 1-0 victory against Warwick Bridge in a very tense final!  Dressed smartly in the new school kits and behaving superbly on the pitch, they were an absolute credit to themselves and to our school - well done boys!  Finally, a big thank you to Tom Newton and Paul Hill for their excellent coaching assistance.
