A team made up of Years 4, 5 and 6 girls competed valiantly in a recent Football Tournament at the Sands Centre.  They had never played as a team before and were up against some tough competition with several far more experienced teams.  Undaunted, they played tremendously well, winning 2 games and drawing 2.  Sadly, they were just pipped at the post from winning their group rounds but there were some very close games!  All in all, they had a lovely day and Mrs Longworth and Mr Marsh were very proud of their performance - well done girls!
