Carlisle United have been in school recently, providing lessons for Year 5. It was an activity-based programme  and allowed the children to develop and demonstrate skills such as teamwork, resilience and  determination as well as the physical, sporting skills. At the end of the programme these two lucky pupils were awarded the prize of a free place at a future week-long soccer school at Carlisle United because of their outstanding commitment and effort.
